Our History

CFM NAPA Autopro was established with the mission of bringing auto service to a trustworthy state. We weren’t happy with what the auto service industry had become, so we set out to make a bigger impact in the community, starting with serving our valued customers.     Always upfront with diagnosis and fees. Goes out of his way to help and accommodate you. My car keeps dying at stops. The part would have taken a month to get to Calgary. Carlos offered and called enterprise car rental to help get me a rental car at a great deal. As a single mom, Carlos not only save me money, but he help made me feel safe.     Hi it's actually max Cochrane I had my alternator replaced by these guys and they have me the most amazing service. Not only did they make sure everything was all good to go, they even checked other parts of my car around the area they worked on if there's any work that needs to be done. They are honest and provided full explanation as to why. The Kensington team has been very personable sympathetic and knowledgeable and as a first time customer I would definitely come back to this location to do all my future repairs. I highly recommend this to everyone I know and I wish to send kudos to all the guys who helped me including the receptionist on that day as they provided me with the best customer service I could possibly had.     They were able to schedule me in on the very day I requested the quote/called (it was very short notice). They answered any questions I had concerning the car since I know very little about cars. Their quote was done in a very professional manner compared to all the other shops I requested quotes from, showing all the charges clearly. They were unbelievably friendly when I got there and afterwards even showed me the parts of my car that had deteriorated so I could see it for myself in person rather than just taking their word for it.
